Click here for the rules and to sign up. This challenge is a bit different to others, in the fact that you get awarded points for reading books in certain categories.

I’m not sure I will be able to do all of them, for instance I’m not a big civil war fan. But I think I can do half of them, so this will be fun!
As always, recommendations are welcome, especially for some of the more obscure categories!

The Seven Dials Mystery (Mystery, Book 9) by Agatha Christie

I’m so glad that you’re goin to be joining in! It should be another fun challenge :)
I am seriously thinking of joining this challenge! I have never done a challenge before so this would be a first for me!
Whoa! This is really cool! I’ve only got one other challenge going on right now. I thought I might only do one at a time, but I know I won’t be able to hold off for long :)
Question that you may know the answer to since I couldn’t find it on the other site. Do you pick one point set to work from or do you read all the sets, moving up progressively in points?
Martina – Thanks! I think this one will inspire me to read some genres I don’t usually read.
Amy – This would be a fun one to start with :)
A Bookshelf – Yep, I can never do one at a time. They are too much fun!
Kimm – I think you do as many as possible. Martina has the summary up for her last 4 month challenge, and she ended up with 200+ points.
Wow! What a challenge! Good luck with it!
– Cat by Freya North is mostly set in France and has a namein the title – two in one! (According to wikipedia, Freya North was also born in November, but that’s not definite). Cat is a sports journalist who goes to France to report on the Tour de France and it’s AWESOME!
– Fen by Freya North is art themed! She works for a gallery, and has huge love for a particular sculptor, and his work is intwined with her personal story. Also AWESOME!
– The Way I See It by Nicole Dryburgh is an autobiography I read about a teenager who got cancer a few times, and end up unable to walk and blind. That’s the short version, but there’s a lot more to it. It’s very inspirational.
– Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead is about vampires – and it’s brilliant!
And I think I’m done! :) Good luck!
Jo – Thanks for the recs. I’m definitely going to be including the Freya North ones :)
